To move a task or even a list of tasks from one project to another, nothing could be simpler.
Simply drag the item to the left bar and drop it onto the desired project.
In our video, we use this feature to quickly organize noted tasks.
You can create a “Notes” project, where you can add whatever comes to mind as you go. This way, you can jot down what’s bothering you and focus on the present moment. You can then return to this project when you’re available to resume and organize the tasks properly.
This feature is also useful for dealing with unexpected situations, such as when you’ve started the wrong project or simply want to reorganize your projects.
If you need to find the same item in two projects, you can also duplicate the task or to-do list before moving a copy to another project.
