To send a reward, simply click the “Thank you!” button.
You can find this button on each team member’s profile and next to the Buzz you’ve received.
You can add a personalized note to accompany the reward.
When you receive a reward, you’ll be notified by an orange badge in the bar at the top of your app. Simply click on it to access Notifications and Buzz.

The “Thank You” button was implemented to facilitate collaboration and encourage recognition of work done. This is an important factor in job satisfaction, so don’t hesitate to thank your colleagues!
