It is possible to share a project with anyone who has a Beesbusy account, whether it is from a license or not.
However, it is important to keep in mind that this member will not necessarily access to the same Beesbusy features as yours, even if you share a project and you have a Business or Enterprise license. This will depend on the member’s plan : Free, Business or Enterprise. You can see the available features according to the plans on the page “Pricing” on Beesbusy.
