I have not received the email confirming that my account was created

The account creation confirmation email is used to ensure that your email address has been entered correctly. If you do not receive this email, here is how to proceed:

  • Check your junk mail, SPAM folder or Promotions tab in Gmail. This is the first email sent to you by Beesbusy, so our address may not be recognized by your email as being safe yet.
  • You might have an anti-spam tool that prevents automatic routing of mail. In this case, you must authorize the email address: beescontact@beesbusy.com to generally receive notifications from Beesbusy.
  • If you still have not received anything, in the Beesbusy interface, click on the “Resend invitation” button located in the blue email confirmation banner.
  • Check that the email address entered during registration and linked to your account is correct. If there is an error, then a new Beesbusy user account must be created.
