The project settings
To access the settings of a project, go to the project and click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the window (below the user drop-down menu).
You can set up several elements of the project, divided into sections. To display the detail of a section, click on the arrow on the left ot the name of the section. Your choices of open/closed sections are saved to allow you to keep open sections that you use frequently.

Project
- Name of the projet
- Type of project (professional or personal)
- Project’s start and end dates
- Personal fields and additional fields
- Color of the project
- Archive the project
- Synchronize the project with your calendar (Google or Microsoft O365)
- Import Excel data into the project

- If you are using the times features, choose to work by default in days or in hours.
Collaboration on project
- Sharing a project with members and managing their access rights
- Assignment by default of one or more members when creating new tasks
- Assign in one click the tasks of one member to another member
- Set up automatic notifications to follow up the project
Project working hours
- Working hours and off days (if professional project)
