Summary of developments over the last six months

February 9, 2026

Here is the list of the new features and evolutions of the last semester:

  • Addition of quarter, semester and year levels to the zoom in schedule views.
  • Addition of third-party management: creation of third parties by the subscription administrator for making third parties available at the project and task level.
  • Addition of the List View: https://www.beesbusy.com/resources/features/list/how-see-tasks-in-a-list/
  • Addition of the the external portal: creation by the administrator of one or more request declaration portals.
  • Changes to the agenda (location: now directly accessible from the left column, creation of tasks with time, management of available hours per day, enrichment of the tooltip, direct access to special fields, members’ calendar via team calendar…).
  • Addition of the team agenda for a macro view of team occupancy: https://www.beesbusy.com/resources/features/agenda/how-can-i-easily-view-my-teams-workload-plan/
  • Addition of the ability to transform a subtask into a task and vice versa by simply dragging and dropping.
  • Addition of a “Links” panel to the task, allowing you to create links directly from the task details and see existing links with previous and/or subsequent tasks.
  • Addition of the ability to lock the entire project.
  • Improved project selection in reporting.
  • Addition of the archiving of deleted tasks for 30 days, allowing recovery of a deleted task.
  • Addition of the ability to categorize comments: comment types can be created by the subscription administrator and made available at the project and task levels. https://www.beesbusy.com/resources/features/tasks/comments-task/
  • Addition of a link to projects in multi-project views Planning and Gantt: an eye-shaped icon appears to the right of the project name when hovering over it with the mouse.
  • Addition of project names to the occupancy rate tooltip.
  • Addition of a display option “Show only members affected by the filter” (Who and Calendars views): this option allows, when a filter is applied in the views, only members with tasks related to the filter to be seen. The goal is to reduce the amount of data displayed on the screen so that only relevant members are visible.
  • Addition of the ability to filter by tasks with times (planned, achieved, etc.) or without a time.
  • Addition of the ability to reduce the period displayed in the Who and Calendar views with time display from 13 to 4 weeks. This allows less data to be displayed on the screen when needed.
  • Addition of roles to the custom dashboard.
  • Additions of numerous endpoints to the public API: https://www.beesbusy.com/resources/features/connectors-synchronizations/beesbusy-public-api-document-sorted-by-http-method/
