Do you have to sift through your sent emails to find all the requests you’ve made to an internal department or service provider?

There’s only one solution: request access to your list of requests, with visibility into their status: completed, still in progress, etc.
If your contact person can’t provide this solution, you have two options:
1. Ask them to implement a request tracking tool or to change their current tool, as it doesn’t seem to be working properly.
2. Change service providers or take responsibility internally!
